This is one of my favorite mac & cheese items to make.  I use non-fat milk and no butter so it's not as bad on the calories.  I add a can of tuna and have a pretty quick meal.  It makes my mouth water AND it's super inexpensive.  Good college food if I do say so myself!

This is the 2nd time I've had a mac & cheese item from Serendipity 3 in Vegas.  Last time I went I had the mac & cheese flatbread.  It was AWESOME.  I came back in January and had to make a stop to have it again.  Unfortunately, they only offer this on their summer menu. BOO!

So I decided to try Mr. Dean's Mac & Cheese. YES, YES, YES!  Very tasty, but a very LARGE portion.  I could barely eat a 1/4 of it.  I will definitely be back for my next trip to Vegas and hope I can get the mac & cheese flat bread again.

Menu Item: Maccaroni & Cheese
Menu Description: Maccaroni noodle baked with cheese, bacon, and bread crumbs

Not a very descriptive menu but of course it was mac & cheese so I needed to try it.  Very tasty mac & cheese!  The pasta was the perfect texture.  Many places overcook their pasta and this was certainly not the case.  The only thing I would be concerned about is the saltiness.  The cheese sauce was already pretty salty, but the bacon REALLY added to that. 

Overall, I enjoyed this dish and would go back.  The others in my party had the Ravioli Forza Italia and Gnocchi Matriciana.  I tried a bite of each.  YUM! I'm such a fat kid...
